These terms govern your use of SIA Terminal, a desktop application published by SD Estate Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or subscribing to SIA Terminal, you agree to these terms.
SIA Terminal is a Windows desktop application that provides short-interest data and analytics for publicly traded US stocks, sourced from public data including SEC filings, FINRA reports, and third-party market data providers.
SIA Terminal provides data and analytics only. It does not provide investment advice, does not execute trades, and does not handle or have access to your brokerage funds or accounts. Nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All trading and investment decisions remain entirely your own, and you are solely responsible for them.
SIA Terminal is offered on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual), with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account on the platform you subscribed through.
Completed charges are non-refundable, including on the Annual plan where cancelling mid-year does not refund the unused months, except in cases of duplicate charges or a genuine inability to run the software. See our refund policy for details.

SIA Terminal is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Market data is sourced from third parties and public filings and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or metric shown in the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of SIA Terminal or reliance on any data it displays.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SIA Terminal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
